Sure, a varied cinematic diet is important, but deep down I kinda believe that this is what all movies should be like. They should be surreal, horny nightmares, made on shoestring budgets, edited in, I have to assume, the throes of a deep fever. They should star dudes named "Reggie", playing characters named "Reggie", with unironic ponytails, who have all the charm of "just some guy" and use the movie to showcase their mid dad-music. They should be about some indescribable evil that can only be fought through the power of Rad Guns, while also being thinly veiled allegories for grief and growing up, but not in a sophisticated "elevated horror" way, more in a "I'm a weirdo dirtbag who can only engage with real shit if it’s balanced out by fountains of the fakest looking film blood of all time and lakes of piss made from beer and apple juice" way. They should have a blatant rip-off of the Gom Jabbar, for some reason.

Point is, perfect movie, no notes, pumped to rewatch the rest of this series.
